rjblank
I've been looking at the Safari Roofs on other Landy's and I am thinking about trying to find one for mine, but I would like to know what owners of them think of them... Every one I have seen has a commonality... The retaining screws rust and the plastic spacers broken. So, Are they worth having? Are they more trouble than they are worth? Do they leak more than a standard Landy Hard top? (mine likes to leak where it meets the windscreen)

I had one on my series II but only worth it in a hot country where you can benefit from airflow.
FridgeFreezer
I second that - I've been surprised just how effective mine is in hot weather.
kingdong
Hi rjblank i used to have one on my swb s111 they are great in the summer and they work well in the winter as you don't get as much condensation and it helps to stop water leaks but they don't half slow you down if there is a bit of wind about and then it drinks fuel. graham. s11a swb bronze green. After the 30º is very very hot inside...
rjblank
Well the roof is settled then... Anyone have a safari roof they would like to turn loose of? I have a standard roof in great shape (no dents or holes)...
