Raumer
My 110 defender was fitted with wider tyres (33x10.5's iirc) by the previous owner and the fronts touch on full lock. Is there a steering stop that I can adjust and if there is where abouts is it. The landie's mot is coming up and I know from past experience that it will fail on this point. davidfox123
There's a bolt & lock nut on bottom of swivel. Mine rub but didn't fail MOT though.
Les Henson
Be careful when adjusting the stop - I sheared the bolt off once and then it gets really complicated The lock stop the 19mm nut/bolt - Tyres rubbing on the radius arms (or any part of the vehicle), should really fail the MOT. Raumer
Thanks guys, will have ago this weekend. Maybe spray it with lots of WD40 first. Thanks Ed
Les Henson
The nut is just a lock nut - the hub is threaded too, so undo the nut befor attempting to turn the bolt. Les.
q-rover
Remember, it's the L bolt for R and the R bolt for L.
