bushwhacker
Is there a driver's side and a passenger side to shocks and springs. My 110 is lying low at the rear passenger side. I was thinking of having the springs swopped over sides. The springs had been out before for a lick of paint could they have been mixed up? alantd
They are sided. Usually painted stripes on the spring tells you which side they go on. However, if yours have been painted that might not be obvious
Andrew Chua
yes they are handed. they all list slightly to the passenger side. what remains a mystery is why is it so. My only conclusion is that it helps the water drain off the landie.

western
drivers side [right in UK] springs are slightly longer so with a driver on board & fuel tank full, the vehicle is meant to ride level, longer springs were dropped from the Td5 vehicles so both fronts & both rear are the same on each axle.
