jcwcooper
My rear propshaft has just about had it, Ive just had a quote from Landrover of about £100. Could i use a front prop on the back? Thanks Dave.
smo
Depends on the vehicle but most front and rear props are different lengths. There are many better and cheaper alternatives than using Landrover for a prop....
Litch
If you could they wouldn't sell front & rear props when a universal one would do. Not knowing what vehicle you have and what is wrong with your existing prop it is very difficult to advise on what to do but perfectly good pattern props are available for well under £100 and it might be possible to rebuild yours with just a couple of new UJ's. Have you more details?
