Graham Thomson
Anyone know what the parts are called that fit under the driver and passenger doors, the piece of metal that has the rubber door seals riveted to it? And how easy are they to rip out / replace? (Cause the ones I have have serious tinworm ).

Early90
They are the sills, and you will need the brackets that attatch it to the B post, and four cage nuts.Yes it is a very easy job,i could take my new ones off in about 10 minutes...20 odd year old ones take a lot longer and be prepared to find more rot....see here..... http://www.landroveraddict.com/smf/index.php?topic=364304.0 Cheers John
