Driving with prop disconected

Recommended Posts

Im off to treeblokes tomorrow to try a double cardon propshaft, Is it safe to take the front prop off at my house and drive it to bobs in diff lock without the prop on?? Dont want to risk damage as its an hours drive.

No worries - welcome to series handling:)

could put to much torque through the centre diff & rear end, it would probably be alright but not worth causing any further problems. cos it means if you break it you gotta fix it & more bank account damage.

Cheers ralph, Thats okay I will leave any aston martins etc alone at the lights this time

As for more damage to my account.......Well I dont think its possible to do more at the moment lol

Goodnite all :):)
