Water Injection now testing ....

I'll be able to give a definitive answer on the fuel consumption on or about the 1st September. We have a system here where the fuel prices are set by the gummint and price changes take place on the first Wednesday of the month. Strangely enough the petrol price is set exactly to the cent, but the diesel is some sort of 'wholesale' price, so it pays to shop around. Anyway, I may have to fill up before the 1st of Sept, but will not fill up completely as it is expected the diesel price may drop by as much as 10%. And my spreadsheet fuel consumption is only accurate on filling the tank to the top.

I think it will be quite something to get 30mpg out of a 110 :)

Jim, please keep us posted on this - from stuff I've done in work you'll find that any initial change could be down to your driving style but that'll revert back to type over time, generally a week or two if you drive the vehicle every day. I'm really pleased that this is working for you and saving fuel - after my VGT is installed and bedded in, I might look at the same idea.
