I like the idea of mounting it across the pick up bed but need a few ideas for quick release mounts I put mine on the bonnet with three quick fisit's. I used to have the other side but it got in the way of the winch hook. It overhangs the bonnet by a couple of inches but the bull bar on the front bumper protects it.
