jimfoo
I was just wondering if any of you ever put Ford V8s in Series? I have a Ford to Series tranny adapter, but it seems like most over here want to go the diesel route if doing an engine swap, where as you lot are always pulling your diesels in favor of V8s. So I was just seeing if it would even be worth my time to try and sell it.
jimfoo
Hmmm, guess the answer is no.
FridgeFreezer
I don't think we ever got them over here.
sheeppimp
i've seen (and owned one) a few with ford v6's - essex and cologne but never a ford v8. are the bolt patterns the same?
jimfoo
I think the 3 liter may have the same pattern, but the rest are different. Looks like: 250 I6 3.8/3.9/4.2L Canadian Essex 90° V6 (RWD only) 240 I6 300 I6
jimfoo
I don't think we ever got them over here. That's sad. They have some good engines!
