I'd say there's no such thing as a 'Good cheap respray', anyone will chuck some paint at it for a few quid, but you won't get the prep work for nowt, and that's where the quality of the end result comes from. If you're willing to do all the prep work yourself, and realise exactly what that entails, you might be able to get someone to spray it, but you'll have to make sure they're happy with the prep work you've done, if you're expecting a good finish.
