pist0nbr0ke
Guys, Any chance of some help? Ive got a lt77 out of a 90 that cannot get 5th gear, on closer inspection the lay shaft has reportably been broken, i imagine this is the culprit. I do however have a lt77 from a disco in my workshop, Can i just change the bellhousing and input shaft? Cheers Neil

dirkthe1
its hard to do- ive got a 2.5 n/a 90 and bought a lt77 out of a 3.5 range rover-thinking you just have to change it to a long stick, input shaft. however its waaaaaaaaaaay too much hassle. could it not just be the syncro? it went in mine. just a thought
