DEANO3528
I would be most worried with the new fangled electrickery, being a staunch supporter of the 'KISS' principle. Having to go to a dealer to reset the computer after changing a headlight bulb gives me cold sweats. Now freebie body on a carbed RR chassis would be an improvement although I know it's been done on a racer. Unfortunately all cars are the same these days, and I see the end of home maintenance on the horizon too. The other thing that worries me, is the option to program in-built redundancy into the ecu. One day in 10 or 15 years time, the car stops cos the brain is fried and they'll be so expensive that it will be cheaper to buy another motor. Me, cynical?
