Got to look at what's sellable? Chassis? - If needs welding now, it'll need more next year etc, so is probably pretty bad... Engine? 2.25 anyone? Yeah, right. Panels - yes, if good, bulkhead £100, doors (lift-up handle I assume) £100/pair, tub £50, wings £50/pair, bonnet £50 if good, £25 if not, screen - no one seems to want them, hard top or truck cab £100-£250 Axles - £100 for front, £0 if rear is drum-braked And that's about it, so I reckon Chris' £600 estimate is about right. JST Posted January 21, 2006 Author Share Posted January 21, 2006 Sorry forgot to add disco chassis with front axle also has tired 300tdi, R380 and T box fitted. so coul dmake ideal 100" starting base - disco chassis, tdi and running gear, (source a rear def/disco axle) and stick the defender panels on the lot with cut down 110 rear - just a thought.
