Tear it up Posted October 28, 2008 Share Posted October 28, 2008 Hi. I have a 300tdi auto disco1. There's a second cable from the throttle linkage to the gearbox, to operate the kickdown, I presume? I've got the problem of, whilst driving, if I go over 3/4 throttle it seems to jam and only changes gear at high revs. Had a look today and it looks a right bitch of a job, has anyone had this problem before and know how to solve it without taking half the car apart?
