A letter has just arrived... oh good i thought a reply ,hope its positive!!?? they are going to do something about it.! NO! ........... "Dear Mrs Stringer You recently contacted our customer Relationship Centre. We are continually striving to improve the service we give to our customers and therefore would appreciate your views on the way we dealt with your enquiry or concern. We would be grateful if you could complete the questionnaire............................ WHAT????????? WHERES THE DATE TO FIX ME TRUCK?????????? QUESTIONNAIRE! Even better still, my local LR dealer admits they know bugger all about defenders. "We mostly do freelanders and Range Rovers to be honest Sir...."
