pathfinder Posted May 31, 2009 Author Share Posted May 31, 2009 here is a pic, the bloke I got them off bent the hooks on the side around so they didnt scratch is truck but they can easily be bent back around, they are very solid heavy items and will not bend or buckle like waffle boards, I was going to get my mate to sandblast them and paint them silver. I think sankeys look terrible painted bright colours and I am a great believer in keeping military stuff original so it will be getting repainted sometime and I have some original nato olive drab to do it. well done on your 90 fund its exciting when you do that, I did it a number of years ago when I wanted a bmw and it was a great feeling looking and finding one knowing I had the cash to do it!
