LandyManLuke
Until now, I've always had PCL couplings on my compressor and tools. However, I'm just about to buy a new compressor, and new set of tools, and i've seen a lot of tools with XF series connectors on. Does anyone have any preference or experience either way? Cheers Luke
istruggle2gate11
I dont know of any performance gains, but for me the deciding factor was the ease of which I can purchase the PCL types compared with xf.
simonr
I dont know of any performance gains, but for me the deciding factor was the ease of which I can purchase the PCL types compared with xf. XF have higher air flow for a given size. PCL are cheaper and far more common and so, unless you want to run a pneumatic drill or something, I'd go PCL.
