Please, can anyone tell me if this could be true?

I was told that I have leaky - Injector Return Hoses or would they be overflow pipes.

Is this a job I can do – limited knowledge and ability as disabled.

Any ideas of part numbers etc or cost if garage did it.

Cheers all

Big John

It's dead easy to change them. No tools required. All you need is to be able to reach the top of the engine and have two valid fingers :)

Pull each end of the old hoses and push back the new ones. There are 3 hoses connecting the 4 injectors.

Here's where they are on the engine (the middle one is behind the black cylinder):

Here for the part # or other suggestions and pictures (you need only the hoses):

yep, buy a metre of it from your lovcal motor factors.

Make sure the engine is cold when you do it, and worst case you might need a stanley knife to split the old hoses as they can be a bugger to pull off...

its a 10 minute job.
