Reng
I have found the manifold on my Disco TD5 is warped and the end studs are snapped or pulled out. I have contact a repair center who will do the work of ensuring it is fixed and true agin. My only question is, do you replace only the affected studs or all of them as a matter of course? Aragorn
studs cost absolutely nothing so i'd just replace them all

ciderman
Top tip there from OEC , After having your manifold checked for straightness and maybee skimmed ,Loose the webs , They dont allow for expansion and cause the studs to shear off . Always fit new studs even if they look ok , It piece of mind .
