Guest noggy Posted June 30, 2009 Share Posted June 30, 2009 Yes, as a 300tdi is already boosting at 1bar, but the 200tdi is boosting at 0.7bar which is why that generally needs turning up. Tune your pump untill its powerfull but not smokey. Remember, you may fail your emissions test on the MOT, so be prepared to turn it back down for the mot, which means write down the orginal position of the smoke screw and star wheel etc. Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
