Marco Posted November 9, 2009 Author Share Posted November 9, 2009 Hi, update on the spring puzzle (although it's Autumn) Just fitted Terra Firma TF019 to the rear and refitted my yellow Britpart springs to the front. Vehicle much better now, I did consider to buy some TF018 for the front but need to shift some of the old springs first. Have 8 on the shelf by now incl. the recently bought £££ D44F/OME764 ones. left to right, OME754, TF019 and Britpart HD DA4279 spring diameter 19mm compared to OME 21mm and Britpart also 19mm vehicle before taking off OME springs vehicle with TF019 and Britpart DA4277 Alltogether a 3 cm drop at the back and 5 cm drop at the front. Time will tell if Terra Firma is as durable as the OME springs, with £ 25 less per spring.... (+/- £ 150 / £ 100 total for 2 springs) Looks like my spring problem has been sorted now.
