NFu insurance

JST

Recommended Posts

A friend has a 20y/o 110 insured with the NFU for an unusually high value.

It's had a full rebuild on Galv chassis, 300tdi, new doors all round, good bare respray etc.

It is not an "agreed value". But NFU know what it is and will consider the receipts/rebuild should a claim arise.

Yes, but there is a way around that. If an immediate family member has business with them then you can get insurance with them. If no one in your immediate family has business with them then you must be either 21 or 25 (varies on office it appears!).

I got the agreed value through the wrexham office But I had to supply all the photos I had taken of the rebuild of my truck(their was a lot as it took me three years to compleat) plus two independent valuations and an engineers report and all reciepts that I had for parts fitted
