trt1617 Posted October 31, 2009 Share Posted October 31, 2009 hello all again today my winch packed up one of the solenoids got stuck and was not happy so guess i need sone new ones and been looking about and there are loads of diffrent looking ones. the ones in my winch are silver things and ther are four of them all wired together. can i fit different ones ie the single black box type ones like all brite or what ever they are called or is it like for like? and any pointers for getting waffle boards out of mud after driving over them? many thanks Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

K88 MUD Posted November 1, 2009 Share Posted November 1, 2009 A piece of rope tied on like a handle but it doesn't always help If you tie a good quality rope to each waffle board and then attach it to your towbar or a recovery point when you drive over them you can keep going and hopefully get to better ground and not have to walk back through the mud to retreve them.
