heater

Recommended Posts

Hi to you all, I'm a new member of the group also a new defender owner, had a few range rovers over the years, but the 90 is a new ball game. I live in north yorkshire in the dales, last night it was -14c bloody cold... my question is how can I improve the heater, at the moment I've got the rad blanked off, thinking about removing the fan if we have a snow free day.Can any of you point me in the right direction to improve the heating. Thanks,Russ

How warm is your engine getting?

Might be worth changing your 'stat, or at least checking it's working correctly.

Other than that, do as Ralph suggests and make sure your heater flaps are correctly setup.

Mark.
