Badger90 Posted January 22, 2010 Share Posted January 22, 2010 right. i have now till summer weather to decide to keep my 90 and convert it to auto or sell her save 2.500-3.000 back from summer sell her and get a 300tdi 90 pick up? im not sell just asking valued opinion? but its on 205.000miles and still the original engine! well the description is on my signature. i recon 2.500? would you agree? cheers sam P.S i will add a picture when i get my laptop back!! I'd be looking more around the 1500-1800 mark maximum, unless EVERYTHING else (chassis, body panels, gearbox etc.) are near perfect, and you have a lot of paperwork proving the vehicles & engines order (ie serviced & maintained religously.) All of the stuff described in your signature wont count for anything towards getting that kind of money. Saying that, theres one born every minute, so you never know.... gaz0203 Posted January 23, 2010 Share Posted January 23, 2010 i reckon 2500 is not out of the question. 200k is fine as long as its been looked after. if it drives sloppy, with slack in steering, gears etc, and the wipers go from bonnet to of the end of the screen, then you may struggle. but if its still reasonably tight, has a good chassis and runs nice, i dont see it being ecessive by no means. pictures do tell a thousand words though...
