TheBeastie
Does anyone have any experience of fitting those rotating roof ventilators to back of a 90 hard top? Looking for ways of making life more comfortable for the dog when we are out no that we finally seem to have a summer coming our way?? Thanks Malcy
western
should be fairly easy just a hole for the vent shaft & air duct & fixing holes, can't be that hard to fit.

TheBeastie
OK, thanks And do they make much of a difference? OK, I know cannot leave him in sun etc but would it help give a circulation of fresh air?
pinny
yes and no it oviously works better when your moving as its spinning but failing that option go for one of the electric powered roof vents thay work either direction suck/blow have a look at some pictures of the police dog vans most have these fitted, chris. IIRC there is a solar powered ventilator available it may solve the no air flow when the vehicle is parked. for example more roof vent links here
ajh
Or fit a safari roof, the double layer and vents cause a heat-driven siphon effect.
Adam001
I have a solar ventilator on my 110, lasted about 5 years before it died, worked quite well with the dog in the back
