def130
Evening all As usual I’m after some help / advice – After spend loads of time sorting the Pto Superwinch 525, is near ready to be fitted (only one UJ to be bought), but before that I need to re-bush all the car, change rear shock, so I’m in need of some advice in what to use. – Should I upgrade the front suspension? After the extra weight. If so with what? My next buy will be a roof rack – to be used when camping My idea of off road is some type of green lane, nothing to hard, I use it every day to commute to work 15m/day, and at weekends mostly motorway to rescue dogs Thanks in advance for any advice
western
I reckon heavy duty springs on the front would do a good job [these are the same as 90 HD rear springs]

Retroanaconda
I'd go with standard Land Rover stuff all-round, not aftermarket. Heavy duty on the front, because of your (I bet rather heavy) winch. If you intend to carry large loads reguarly then heavy duty on the back will help, but when unloaded the back will be more skippy and you'll feel the bumps more. western
stick with the genuine item, as above.
