outdoor_ian
Hi all I got a boost pressure gauge a while back and have been slowly, very slowly installing it. The gauage is in the dash and illuminates with the the side lights and other gauges. The pipe is connected to the back of the gauge and plumbed through the bulkhead and is currently in a neat little curl near the turbo waiting to be attached. The question really is in the title, where is the best/most accurate place to get the pressure from? Photo's would be really helpful here. I did try a search and got a little way layed reading allsorts of other topics but didnt find exactly what im after. Cheers people

outdoor_ian
I have a 'T' piece to insert after my trip to the surrey 4x4 auto jumble. It would just be handy to have a pic so I dont chop the wrong pipe. Cheers Ian
rusty_wingnut
you're better off knowing what is going on inside the manifold.... the turbo can boost away happily but how will you know exactly what is going into the engine? IMO it's better to remake the plug on the back of the inlet manifold.
