geoffbeaumont Posted June 2, 2006 Share Posted June 2, 2006 Does anyone have a list of parts needed for fitting a replacement Borg Warner transfer box to a ZF auto box? I've already got 4 x 180mm M10 bolts to manufacture fitting studs on the list (courtesy of Mark90's tip in the tech archive), and I know I'll need a new oil seal for the gearbox output shaft but don't have a part number for it. ATF to fill the thing. Is there a gasket between the transfer box and gearbox? I don't remember one between the LT77 and LT230 on the old truck. What spec are the propshaft bolts? I'm expecting to have to cut at least some of the rear prop bolts to get it off. Any other bits I haven't thought of? Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
