Its the RHS engine mount that is a big problem when fitting the 300tdi to an LT77 box on a 19J/200tdi chassis. This chap on LRO has designed and made a replacement mount that means no welding is required and you can use the original chassis mounts. 300 tdi on a 19J/200 chassis Drivers side engine mount Scroll to page 6 of the thread if it doesnt come up automatically. This is not my work, i'm just linking to something i was impressed with so others can see it. He just used the 200tdi mount bolted to the 300tdi block for the passenger/LH side.
