philbert Posted December 16, 2010 Author Share Posted December 16, 2010 Plenty of oil getting to them. and its now fully synthetic now the motors ran in. dont know if the cam profile has something to do with it its an ACR cam. will just put new genuine parts in it and see if it helps. the tappets will just not go quiet and the faces are starting to wear on the tappets making proper adjustment impossible. While I have no reason to question their quality, the fault-finding process does traditionally start with "what have you changed, what's different?", and the ACR cam is different.
