Speedo - Either normal, or if its getting worse could be loose speedo/broken speedo cable. Or nackered speedo head like mine! Rev counter - mine did the waving about randomly when the alternator belt was on the way out. Is it slow to respond when you up the revs quickly? Tibout Posted January 3, 2011 Author Share Posted January 3, 2011 yeah it's the rev needle. at stationary it just wobble a lot between 1000-2000 rev. it does the same while driving. i was thinking it might be the small black wire on the alternator which control the rev!! could be wrong.
