I would imagine that L/R would profit more than the alleged costs from the free advertising they got from all this. Hell of risk though - abusing the legal system to make a profit. Les. You've just described the plaintiff's bar here in the US, and they seem to damned well at the expense of everyone else's insurance premiums.
