Frax Posted May 12, 2011 Share Posted May 12, 2011 Hi Just went to fit new windscreen wiper spindle wheel boxes to my TD5 bulkhead and find the hole in the bulkhead is oval not round. Is there an oval insert (washer) to fill the caps round the spindle? I know they won’t really move but I don’t want any water ingress. Retroanaconda Posted May 12, 2011 Share Posted May 12, 2011 PRC8495 - Fits everything from 1968 up to VIN 1A622423. DKU000010 - Fits Defender from VIN 2A622424 on. DKU500010 supersedes to this, Microcat lists them as the same. In other words, it's not a case of Td5 or not Td5, it's a case of pre-2002 and post-2002 dash. With the new dash came a new wiper rack.
