Puffernutter
Silly question! The nearside headlamp on my 300Tdi has a significant amount of condensation in the headlamp (no corrosion though). The offside headlamp is fine! Is that an MoT failure? Cheers Peter
disco_al
if it's affecting the beam pattern, then yes. get the hairdrier in there before the mot
bushwhacker
Hi.Just park it with the headlights facing into the sun. The Sun The Rain and The Air the only things free in life. If only I could find a way to harness these three things, I am quite sure it would be a winner.

teabag
The headlamps are vented via the bulb holders rubber cap just check that it's facing downwards and is not blocked.
Puffernutter
Having now had a closer look.... There is a pool of water at the bottom, so I assume that it is leaking from the top joint. I have a new one coming, so I'll just swap it. When it is out I'll dry it out, clean it up, put some mastic on the top and keep it as an emergency spare.
