Quagmire Posted October 5, 2011 Share Posted October 5, 2011 Following the LT77 manual to figure out the selective washers for the front of the box I need an FTC0264 (1.42mm) spacer, however cannot find it anywhere? Also, Microcat doesn't seem to recognise the part number. Looking about the web, the closest I can find is "FTC265" but this states its from Suffix F onwards. western Posted October 5, 2011 Share Posted October 5, 2011 says in my workshop book, FTC0264 1.42mm for layshaft in gearbox with increased capacity bearing in later models what size is the existing shim/washer ? looks to me that FTC264 is a obsolete part, I've looked in all my 110 parts books & Microcat & the parts info on this forum & can only find FTC263 or FTC265, so I think you'll have to use the existing item or go for the FTC265 1.45MM version. I'll order the FTC265 and see what happens, failing that I know someone who does grinding, so will ask them to grind my existing (And luckily thicker) shims as a last resort.
