CJRH
Every now again the water in diesel light comes on but only flashes on and off. When I had the Disco serviced 2 months ago I mentioned this and when they changed the diesel filter there was some water in it. Is there a way of draining off the water? minimaquinas
hi chris there should be a plastic drainer on the bottom of the fuel filter hope this helps brian
CJRH
Is that on the fuel filter under the rear wheel arch or in the engine bay? Cheers,
jameslwt
Under the rear wheel arch - remove the wiring plug and unscrew the sedimenter at the bottom of the filter - place a bucket underneath, until pure diesel runs out - shouldn't be much. JimAttrill
Those lights are always crying 'wolf'. Just disconnect it and that is that.
