stuck
Gents, I'm looking for a fuel gauge that won't look out of place in a 2000 Td5 dash but will work with a RRC sender. Can anybody point me in the right direction please I've been putting this of for ages as I can't find a gauge but I ran out of petrol today! Ever tried pushing a 110 on your own?! CwazyWabbit
..... Ever tried pushing a 110 on your own?! Yes, in and out of a friends garage doorway several times when doing an engine swap, the slightest incline has you swearing a lot!
vulcan bomber
the standard td5 gauge should work with a rangie sender.
western
a VDO gauge will need the matching VDO sender, they won't work with anything else.
stuck
In a previous post I was told a Td5 gauge wouldn't work with a RRC sender?! Mine doesn't but when I measure the resistance of the sender I get 250K ohms (thanks Fozsug) so maybe the sender is buggered?
