ejparrott
Just got my bumper extensions back from being re-galved and getting ready to fit them (is it worth fitting extra strengthening angle behind the bumper?) I note that the pillars are offset to one side, I don't have a military bumper to fit them too or to measure, so which way are they offset? Is it longer overhang to the outside of the vehicle or the inside?
western
a decent photo, found here http://www.skytoprover.com/matilda.htm shows them better than I can explain from memory. i think the extension [overrider] ends should match the existing bumper. Phil Hancock
If you are fitting them to a civvy bumper its a pig of a job on the vehicle as military bumpers have a different plating in on the rear which allows access to the bolts.
