Hi all,

Plugged a mates new Nanocom into the TD5 for a wee play and noticed that it has logged the following -

NANOCOM - TD5ENG.APP - TD5 ENGINE fault file

(3,7) AIR FLOW CIRCUIT, (LOGGED HIGH).

---

(20,4) EGR VALVE STUCK OPEN, (LOGGED).

---

(31,1) INJECTOR 1 OPEN CIRCUIT DETECTED, (LOGGED).

---

(31,2) INJECTOR 2 OPEN CIRCUIT DETECTED, (LOGGED).

---

(31,3) INJECTOR 3 OPEN CIRCUIT DETECTED, (LOGGED).

---

(31,5) INJECTOR 5 OPEN CIRCUIT DETECTED, (LOGGED)

Can any one help with the 3,7 air flow logged high problem?

20,4 EGR is getting a blanking plate???

31,1 - 5. I'm guessing the cure is to replace the injector loom?

Any help would be appreciated.

Cheers, james NZ

Hi James,

Re the injector open circuit codes, do you have a missfire now or have you replaced the loom? If loom replaced (& no missfiring occuring ) they are old codes and can be deleted . Re-checking after a run should not show them up.

HTH I'm just learning to use this piece of kit myself. PM me if you require further info.

Griff :)
