carlosbeldia
Yesterday my speedo transducer came out of place, easily fixable, but while it was disconnected, engine started to work in a trashy way, really woobling and behaving like there was the overboost actuator stuck. Somebody knows why this happens?
CwazyWabbit
There is a feed from the speedo to the ecu, I assume this is used as part of a feedback loop and without it the ecu is probably having to use a default for some internal calculation. Of course that's just a guess.
101sean
ECU does get a signal from the transducer but it shouldn't affect running? I've had one fail and a new one over-read by by 100%, neither of which affected the way the engine run.
