Wobbley suspension

I have a TD5 T reg 1999 7 seater on air.

When driving it feels like with driver and one passenger, the car moves around the road and you need constant correcting with the steering wheel.

The air bags have been changed recently and all associated parts of the rear susspension work as they should. As far as I am aware this car does not have ACE.

Car has 128k mile and was last serviced at 125k with nothing noted.

Checked the tyre pressure, all were fairly low, so re-inflated as per book 28 front/38 rear. No change to the handling

Can anyone offer advice on the following questions please?

Any advice to correct the 'wobbley' feeling as you drive?

Can ACE be retro fitted?

Or is there any other 'up grade' advisable for the suspension?

Thanks

As a proxy for the tracking look at the wear patterns on your tires in particular the front pair. This will allow you to see if your tracking is inline or not as a non even wear pattern would indicate miss alignment.

Such alignment is quite likely to be miss in a service and so could have been there for sometime.

All the best
