axlechorus Posted July 21, 2013 Share Posted July 21, 2013 Dear All, The time has finally come to shift on the carcass of my Discovery 200Tdi, stripped of its accessories, engine & gearbox its going to be a bare shell with the axles there so it can be rolled to the end of the driveway. Two questions are; - With the Value of Scrap metal these days what sought of value can I expect Mr Scrappy to offer me? - Can any one recommend any scrap dealers in the Worcestershire/Gloucestershire area preferably who will come and collect the thing as well which they seem to be offering more these days. If anyone does have any little bits they still need then do let me know (see sales section add) as I can pull these off prior to it going to the scrap man.
