gomotomoto
Freezing cold here today & my rear door won't latch/catch, seems fine as it swings up and down, but it just won't lock in place. Is there any tricks or tips for a quick fix?

Blanco
10 to 1 shot its just a combination of dried out and dirty lubrication on the mechanism which has then 'set' with the cold, a friend has a Renault Espace which is prone to it in the cold with the tailgate, ..... solution in to drown it all in WD40 to get it working again, flush out the dirt with solvent where necessary and then apply fresh white grease.
