NASdiesel
Hey folks. US D90 owner. I've lurked for some time but finally need some help tracking down a part number or vendor. This electrical bit is from the harness of the warning lamp module on the older Defender's. Does anyone know the PN or how I might source more of these to modify my warning light dsiplay? Thanks in advance!
Guest diesel_jim
Greetings NAS! where abouts is this part in the loom? it looks like one half of a lamp holder? (from the back of the guages?)
western
Those connectors are not available from LR as seperate parts, only as built into a new loom, but try www.autosparks.co.uk they maybe able to supply the correct parts, as they make new looms for LR's. or I have the complete snap on connectors from my old loom, you could use them for parts. PM if this is a option.
NASdiesel
Thanks guys, yup, this is from the back of the wiring loom for the lights on the warning lamps below the gauges. Western, I'll check Autoparts, thank you for the link. I'd hate to ask you to post that to me from overseas!

Guest diesel_jim
On euro (not sure if the American ones are different) the warning light unit has lots of separate bulb holders that clip into place, and the cables are attached by crimp connectors. SiWhite
You will be welcome to mine - I've replaced the factory tan coloured plug that clips onto the warning lights with aftermarket multiplugs, in order that I can see the warning lights during daylight hours! The tan coloured plug (if the terminal that you are after is within that plug) can be posted if you need it - it's scrap otherwise

"Clink", goes the penny, as it drops!
NASdiesel
Thanks folks. I am striking out with Maplins and autosparks. I PM'ed a few of you to see if I can't get a hold of the "junk" ones you have. Let me know. Very frustrating not being able to track this down.
