gomotomoto
One of the fuel pipe clips broke on my TD5 defender. Can anyone point me in the right direction for a new set at a good price? I'm located in the states, so I'll need a company that can ship to me. Thanks in advance for any help.

Mo Murphy
I'm not sure that you can buy the clips on their own, I think you have to buy the pipe assy. Mo

Mo Thanks Mo Murphy, do you know of source where I can buy quality (non-factory) lines? Also, any idea how bad the job is?

Mo Murphy
I'd be inclined to buy a genuine Land Rover fuel pipe assembly so that then it will be a straight swap which will be the simplest option for you. I would imagine that Rovers North or one of the other North American specialists would be able to get you one saving you from having to order from abroad. gomotomoto
Thanks Mo Murphy. Is a tough job to replace the lines? I'm talking about the lines coming from the in-tank fuel filter.
Mo Murphy
No it would be quite straightforward. A like for like replacement will allow you to remove the old pipe from the clips on top of the chassis rail noting each location as you go and then clipping in the new pipe. It shouldn't be a difficult job even for a novice. Do a search on the forum for the priming procedure for the TD5 which will be necessary having replaced the pipe.
