Crofter
My old LR 90 has a TD5 bulkhead and a 90 heater, I cannot get the heater to bulk head to seal, is the heater different?, or at least the bit that seals, I am sure the rest will be. Thanks,
Maverik
STC952 is the seal you're looking for, they are a bit fat and need compressing to get the heater bolts in but this is a good thing so it seals. The td5 one might originally have been softer foam sponge type but pretty much the same shape... Mav
Crofter
STC 592 is the one I have used, I have had a few attempts to seal this without success, my next plan is to try expanding foam to fill in any gaps round the seal, I will use the foam sparingly. Maverik
Out of interest, what's the actual issue?

need4speed
I dont mean to offend, but you do have the seal the correct way round? The seal is kind of wedge shaped from the side so it matters which way you have it.
