TheRecklessEngineer
Depends what kind of injection pump is fitted, and whether it is turbo'd. Can you find out?

Turbocharger
On the bus engines we deal with, 6(ish) litre Cummins with rotary pumps have a very similar arrangement to the Tdi, and tuning would be exactly the same. For an in-line pump, I'm not sure of the fuelling adjustments. I would add, if you're not sure what you're doing, maybe best left alone? marsie
Most L10s have got top-stop injectors in a fuel filled head. They rely on the cam to operate a pushrod that works a needle in the injector. The fueling can be increased by putting more preload on the pushrod. But it isnt recommended unless you are sure you know what you are doing, cos if you go too far the needle will punch through the bottom of the injector Paul
