21j
Hi, Recently on my 2005 Range rover the air conditioning is no longer cold. I have checked the gas and all appears ok. Can anyone tell me a good procedure to follow to diagnose problem or is there a common fault? Also around the same time the lower tailgate wont open. No sound of actuators or anything. The only other electrical issue is the drivers heated seat has stopped working but I believe this to maybe be wear but maybe all are linked. Thanks for any help
L19MUD
Tailgate is normally the switch playing up. Easy to test with a multimeter as a first point of call
dave88sw
Honestly, as much as i hate kwikfit, they're doing an offer at the moment where they will regas your aircon but if they can't get it working they don't charge. It sounds like it just needs a regas but anyone that offers the service will be able to leak test for you anyway.
21j
Thanks but gas pressure is reading ok. And tailgate switch seems to be making and breaking with multimeter.
