  1. What I said, there does not seem to be a 35x10.5 either 15 or 16, I seem to recall swampers came in a 34 10.5 and I'm sure jungle Trekkers had a 34 10.5, neither of which you seem to be able to get anymore, and the stt is pants in any flavour
  2. Same problem I've got with lanes, why I was after another set of tyres with a width of 10.5, simex silverstone are a tad to aggressive, from what I can find out there does not seem to be a 35 inch m/t tyre in a 10.5 width, tho I stand to be corrected
  3. Thanks for that, fedima must have a thing about 35 inch tyres not being 35 inches. Be interested to know if you sort out the balancing problem, as that would put me off them, wouldn't have thought a 33x10.5 would take that much to balance?
  4. Has anyone used these? Was looking at the 35x10.5x16, gather they are a bfg km2 copy, other than that can't find out much about them. Thanks
  5. If the compomotives are the DWF's 8.5x15 im interested
  6. Ive just noticed today that on one of my albright solenoids the in and out spade terminals have had it it, ive not stripped the solenoid down, but can you replace them? or has it had it and its a case of getting a new one? thanks
  7. Done and dusted, bit of a sod with a high mount brake light, other than that went ok, again thanks again for link
  8. How easy is it to change the glass in the rear door, later one piece type with glass held in place by rubber trim? Thanks
  9. Thanks for all reply's, will order some today
  10. Thanks, prices for most of there oils seem very good
  11. Has anyone on here ever used any of Smith and Allan fully synth 75/90 gear oil? ive delt with them before but only to buy there waxoyl, quite impressed with the service and product, but ive just changed transfer boxes and was looking around for some oil, and at £28 for 5ltr's seemed pretty good deal to me.
  12. Would you be able to ask him were from? Ta
  13. Steve No not them ones, the 8.5x15 dwf I'm after Still can't find any, they seem to have vanished
  14. Compomotive finally got back to me, seems this rim is no longer made, so looks like a used hunt is on. As an aside, in this day an age why is it that companys, and im talking about the 4x4 toy shops never ever reply to email q's about things they don't have and can't sell you, there was one company i must have emailed em half a dozen times, not once did i get a reply, a simple 'this product is no longer available' would do.
  15. Thanks for reply Jason, since original post ive been doing some searching on t'intrnet, and it would seem that fitting drilled & grooved discs onto a vehicle that spends most of its time offroad is a waste of time, and as you pointed out holes and grooves are just going to fill up with crud and reduce the life of the pads, it would seem the best option is vented all round.
  16. Unless you are paying top money for something like dba or brembo, most are sourced from the same manufacturer, just differant packaging
  17. Ive got a heavy right foot, (and left at times) untill i started using ferodo pads i wasn't getting into 3 figures on a set of pads
  18. So is it just coz they are britpart? or are they really that bad? I could go with the land rover ones as fitted (from new) but after 27000 miles have had it. When i started looking into new discs i was told that most come from the same place anyway, its just the box they come in you are paying the money for, unless its the like of dba, but at over a 100 quid a corner i dont think i go fast enough to justify that price.
  19. Its new disc time, was looking at a set of drilled and grooved discs, erm would i be chancing my arm with the britpart ones? ta
